All product returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be issued upon return.
To ensure that you get your desired appointment time with a specific Salon Professional, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the Salon.
We request that you do not bring children with you to your salon appointment, unless your children are receiving salon services. We want you to enjoy your services while you are here. We love children but cannot care for them or assure their safety in a salon environment where there are sharp tools, hot wax, etc. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of other guests. Your understanding is much appreciated.
You can change or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time and no fee or charges will be made. For no shows, changes, or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% fee charged to your credit card on file based off of your scheduled service amount. Continued cancellations will be subject to a removal from the salons schedule.
